Do the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes manufacture their own product?

No! All products found at retail and offered online are manufactured from the same mills in Dalton, Georgia. Retail will relabel the same products to make them seem more exclusive with a price tag to match. 

 Can I cancel my order? 

Yes! You may cancel your order prior to your carpet being cut. After the carpet has been cut it will be considered a return. A 30% restocking fee plus freight will be assessed on all returns. All sales are final on custom or special order. 

Am I contacted after an order is placed?

Yes! You will receive an order confirmation and an update once your carpet has shipped.

Will my carpet and pad ship together?

Yes! Your carpet and pad will ship together and will be waiting for pick up. 

Will my carpet ship to my house?

No, your carpet will ship to you the designated Shaw Warehouse in your city. 

How long will it take to ship my carpet?

After an order is placed and your carpet is manufactured, it will ship out within 72 hours. 

Is expediated shipping an option? 

We will expedite your shipping as a ” thank you” on all orders placed. 

What if my product arrives damaged? 

It’s very important to make sure your carpet is inspected for any obvious damages before the carpet leaves the warehouse. If you do see signs of damages, please take pictures and leave the carpet with the warehouse. Once you leave the warehouse with the carpet, it cannot be returned for shipping damages.  If you find the carpet is damaged once the roll has been unwrapped, please do not install and call us immediately. We will contact the mill and put a rush on your replacement carpet. 

Can a product be returned? 

No, Carpet and Company does not offer exchanges or returns. 

Does my product come with a warranty? 

Warranties are offered by the manufacture and will vary by product.
