Shipping Terms and Conditions
These Shipping Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Carpet and Company LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Seller”, and the purchaser or user of Seller’s products, hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”.
- Minimum Order Cost:
- For orders of 50 square yards and under, the cost will be $75.
- Shipping Cost Calculation:
- For orders of 50 square yards and under, the cost will be $75.
- For orders exceeding 50 square yards, an additional charge of $1.50 per square yard will be applied to the total square yardage beyond 50.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charges will vary based on the chosen product and quantity ordered. The Buyer agrees to pay the applicable shipping charges as indicated during the checkout process.
Shipping Timelines
The estimated delivery timeframes for each product tier and shipping method will be provided during the checkout process. The Seller will make every effort to meet these timelines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Destinations
The Seller ships within the United States. For specific shipping destinations outside this list, please contact the Seller for further assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on regulatory requirements. The Seller reserves the right to refuse shipping of any products that may be prohibited or restricted by applicable laws.
Order Processing
Most orders are expected to be delivered within 6-10 days after the order is placed. Orders placed Monday- Friday will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm MST Friday will be processed the next business day. Shipping and delivery subject to availability of products.
Tracking and Delivery
The Seller will notify buyer when product ships and arrives for pick up. The Seller is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Changes to Shipping Terms
The Seller reserves the right to amend these shipping terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Seller’s website.
